Shipping Policy Linkwave delivers orders throughout South Africa using approved courier services. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Estimated delivery times are: Major cities: 2–5 business days Regional or remote areas: 5–10 business days Large machinery or special-order products: Delivery time will be confirmed separately Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided by quotation. Free shipping promotions may be subject to minimum order values, product size, weight, and delivery location. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Linkwave is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, courier disruptions, supplier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please inspect your order when it arrives. Any visible damage, missing products, or incorrect items must be reported to [email address] within 48 hours, together with photographs and the order number. Some heavy or oversized machinery may require special delivery arrangements, unloading equipment, or collection from a depot. These requirements will be confirmed before dispatch.
